Leasing & Applications
Our community is open during regular business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions.
Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.
We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check.
Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening.
The Refundable Security Deposit is currently $300. An additional amount may be required based on the credit and rental history.
Yes, we charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $100, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.
The Chateau has a No Pets Policy. We follow the Federal Fair Housing Act for properties that have a no pets rule.
Rent & Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period until the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed.
Rent can be paid online through your resident portal, by check, Cashiers Check, or Money Orderor. No cash can be accepted.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, and garbage is paid through your resident portal. Electricity is based on your usage and paid to Seattle City Light.
Lease Terms
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3-12 months. Please contact the leasing office for current availability.
We require a 20 day written notice and a lease termination fee that is equivalent to 1 month's rent. There are additional details in your lease agreement.
Community Amenities
Yes. Permit Parking is included for up to 2 vehicles per unit when available.

The Chateau has 2 laundry facilities.
Maintenance & Repairs
You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
